It was found that four out of ten apples are thrown away, and that two thirds of the contents of bagged salads are discarded.<br \/>\nTesco has announced changes in its stores to try and address this problem. The commercial director, Matt Simister admits that there are no quick solutions but some proposals will be implemented quickly.
